If your order has not arrived within 30 days, email us and we will refund you.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery. Email hello@pupfruits.com with your order number and we will send you the returns address (Calle Málaga 18, 29700 Vélez-Málaga (Málaga), España). Once it arrives, we refund you within 14 days, to the same payment method.
If it arrives broken or faulty, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you without you paying anything.
